OOAD/OOPS, Design Patterns, MVC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Java, J2EE Exposure to JSP, AJAX , JavaScript technologies like JQuery/DWR Web Services, ESB, JMS Experience in design and development using MySQL /ORACLE database Must have exposed to requirement gathering and maturing with business analyst /customer Must have experience in lead team and delivery module/sub system as individual contributor Must have design contribution to at least one Enterprise Class Application End to End Must have exposed with Test Driven Development/Re-factoring ideas/ Domain driven design patterns/continuous integration/Build Automation / Data-Mapper framework/Mocks. Background in implementing n-tier /MVC architecture -

Strong comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory -
