Job Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad
Work Timing: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Week Off)
Experience: 0.0-4.0 Years
Number of Openings: (2 - Junior: 0-2 Years, 1 - Senior: 2.0 Years) Job Description :
- Minimum 0-4 years of experience in US IT Recruiting.
- Should have strong experience and proven track record in the end to end IT.
- Recruitments Should be willing to work in Full-time roles.
- Must be able to Review and format resumes
- Well versed with Immigration terms and all US VISAs
- Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all Tax terms in the US.
- Having dealt with Corp to Corp, W2, 1099, etc.
- Should have hands-on experience with different job portals sites.
- Effectively screen, interview and assess candidates to determine positive match against requirements.
- Analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients
- The desired candidate must have demonstrated expertise level in US IT Staffing, Should have a good hold on finding the candidate from the job boards with great experience in making strings.
- The employee should be self-motivated and independent. Should be highly energetic and willing to work on IT roles.
- Must be an Exceptional Team Player with Excellent Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
