Requirements: years relevant experience in JSP, Servlets, Struts. Excellent hands-on core Java coding skills. Engineering degree / MCA. Good problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and interact with clients.

Desired Skills: Weblogic Portal / DB2, Websphere IDE / Oracle, Eclipse IDE, Spring Framework. Exposure to design patterns. Good written and verbal communication.
