Job Description
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Collate information on competitors activities in the territory and analyzing the same for the business.
- Explore and train new dealers for the product by organizing training programs, meetings, sales promotion activities, etc.
- Team management role
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field
- Experience: 8 to 10 years
- Team Handling experience preferred (4-5 Member Team)
- Negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project management skills.
- Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning.
- Strong analytical skills and data oriented person.
