Job Description:
Position: CSA for Telecom Voice Process at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)
Eligibility:
Any Under Graduate / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Good verbal communication in Hindi & Bengali (able to translate from English to Bengali / Hindi)
Accurately and efficiently handle customer contacts via Phone in the shortest possible time.
Communicate actionable customer feedback to the relevant team, that can be worked to meet the customers problem
Openness to work in part time shifts
Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in collaborative environment
Should have solution oriented and committed to make it right resolution
Should have impeccable sense of judgment to be able to service at the highest levels.
Should take ownership to resolute customer issue (ensure 100% problem solving ability).
Languages: Bengali & Hindi

Salary 4,500k (Inhand)

Mandatory:
