Teleperformance is hiring Experienced and Fresher candidates for one of the biggest E-commerce Voice process (Domestic) for Kolkata location.

Hiring for Customer Service Associate

Skills Required-
1.Good command over spoken English.
2.Basic Computer literacy
3.Flexible with shifts (no shift beyond 8p.m. for female employees).
4.Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions.
5.Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
7. Previous experience in Customer service profile will be an added advantage.
