Job Description

We have Immediate Openings for US Bench Sales and Recruiters for freshers and people with 3 year - 5 yr exp.

Bench sales:
Training will be provided for freshers . Must have out and out communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should market Bench Consultants resumes.
Need to work with H1B, OPT candidates and GC .
Need to work with USA clients and vendor

Technical Recruiters :

Handling recruitment of various hierarchies and have very strong exposure to work on different skill sets including few niche skills.
Handling Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Interviewing, Negotiation, Hiring, Post Offer Follow up, Joining, On-board and Exit formalities respectively
Required Skills and Personal Qualities:
Should have strong experience in " W2 And C2C"

Key Skills
Recruiting IT and Non IT , sourcing, Screening.
