- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
- Demonstrates superior technical depth with technologies in use within the domain, including database systems, inter- and intra-process communication, application development frameworks
- Displays mastery of several common programming and design patterns, applies them appropriately in his/her work and ensures that the team does the same, is acutely aware of and avoids anti-patterns
- Displays mastery of SOLID programming principles, applies them appropriately and ensures that the team does the same
- Highly skilled in applying the various concurrency access patterns (optimistic locking, pessimistic locking, implicit locking)
- Highly Skilled in RDBMS technology, including SQL, table design, ACID, and transactional processing including two-phased commits
- Is high functioning in the application of object oriented concepts; properly designs class and relationships according to accepted object oriented design principles and ensures the team is able to apply these principles
- Displays mastery of Software quality paradigms including unit testing, mocking, test automation and code coverage and works with the team to ensure these paradigms are consistently used
- Leads code reviews and is exceptional at identifying potential problems in others' work

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
