Title: Technical Lead - Software DevelopmentReporting to: Project Manager//Development Manager
Working Location: Bangalore, India
Objective:
We are looking for a seasoned software development engineer with the proven ability to coordinate with a team of up to 10 developersto join our Engineering team. You will be working together with our engineers to develop and maintain high quality mobile applications.Responsibilities include designing, implementing and improving solutions - collaborating with stakeholders and the development of timelines and prioritization of work within the development team. Presentation and relationship skills are essential. If youre passionate about mobile platforms and translating requirements into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead focussed on mobile software development, youll coordinate, prioritize, collaborate and guide the internal teams to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.
Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, document, release and support)
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Help estimate the complexity and workload
Design interfaces to improve user experience
Liaise with product development team to plan new features
Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
Requirements:
At least 10 years hands-on experience in the web application (ASP.NET, C#, HTML) and/or mobile domain, to include a minimum of 4 years in a lead role
Experience developing applications for mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Xamarin) is a plus
Experience developing server-side components, web services that are consumed by mobile applications
Strong knowledge in developing applications using one or more relational database systems
Technical project management over enterprise solutions
Understand and able to articulate architectural design and principles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a succinct and easily acceptable manner, and the ability to work pro-actively with others to define and deliver integrated solutions
Able to work independently under pressure in a customer facing environment
Effectively articulate the vision and strategy of the system during reviews and/or team meetings
Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement
Might have to travel (up to 30%) and work at customer locations

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teamsdistributed globally.
BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelors degree with the right experience.
Performance Appraisal Criteria:
ZOS have a strong focus on performance management system of its employees. These include periodic and annual reviews. The parameters shall be discussed and mutually agreed. These will be communicated and documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
