Desired Candidate Profile

BE/Btech/ Mtech/ MCA only

Companies - Semiconductor/ Product Development only (No service provider companies)

Good experience in C++ and Linux.

Recent work/project should be C++ with Linux

Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Ensuring that detailed designs, code, and unit tests, are consistent, robust, future-proof and scalable.

Understand and make design and architectural improvements on existing software.

Participate in requirements definition and review process. Provide Technical assessment of the impact of any changes to product requirements.

Providing technical expertise to the estimation process as input to the project plan

Acquire knowledge of key use cases in Bare wafer inspection (IC & Wafer customers)

Lead small teams to develop key features on need basis.

In conjunction with the Technical Manager, identify, highlight, review and mitigate technical risks

Systems programming knowledge (Kernel development and troubleshooting knowledge).

Good working knowledge of LINUX

LINUX basic administration

Shell scripting

LINUX IDE experience in net beans

LINUX OS/Kernel concepts

Knowledge of Socket programming, distributing processing and MPI (message passing interface)

Desired Qualification:

Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in Software Development

Strong academics in BE / B Tech / MTech / MCA / MS (CS/IT)

Strong in programming fundamentals in C++ / Linux.

Good analytical and problem solving abilities

Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering.

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization, Computers

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
