We have opportunity with a proptech company building a digital highway for real estate and construction industry by providing an end to end system for standardization, efficiency and transparency helping to optimize cost and time. They are currently a software as a service model (SaaS) and now diversifying into a marketplace (E-Commerce) and lending business (Financial Technology) by the end of this year. It is one of the very few companies that have decided to work on solving the long present bottlenecks in real estate and construction industry. As far as the real estate technology segment is concerned, we are the pioneers in bringing whole of the construction process online, eliminating the scope for leaks and spillages. The whole sector is bugged with delays and revisions associated with a real estate project, which our system aims to eradicate.
Positions: Senior Software Engineer/Lead - Software Engineer (based on experience)
Education - Candidates should be from good colleges only. If not Tier 1 Engineering institutes, to be from Tier 2 institutes like NITs, IIITs, AITs, NSITs, Manipal Institute etc.
Notice Period - Will prefer immediate joiners, but 1-2 months can be accepted as well.
Work Days: 5 days a week.
Education - Candidates should be from good colleges only. If not Tier 1 Engineering institutes, to be from Tier 2 institutes like NITs, IIITs, AITs, NSITs, Manipal Institute etc.

Looking For: A candidate with hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms and object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. You have profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc) and excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) You have experience in developing web applications, Spring MVC Framework and experience with test-driven developmentWho you are: You are an ambitious problem solver who knows that technology is changing at a tremendous speed and what you learnt yesterday may not be
relevant today. You have a Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science

What you will do: Work with a team of super smart engineering and business professionals with relevant industry and technical expertise. You will help create enterprise software and a b2b platform, customized for large companies and integrated into multiple ERPs for maximum efficiency. You will design and develop features and modules for the B2B platform and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. You can write well-designed, testable, efficient code. You will ensure the code and designs are in compliance with specifications as developed. You will prepare and produce releases of software platform and support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
