Key Role & Responsibilities:
Should have very strong Product visualization skill, Front ending skills Application/Product vision Understanding and driving Customer Requirement, Hands on UX BPM tools.
Wire framing and work flows Lead discovery phase for various opportunities Agile knowledge has to be very strong (Product backlog controller) Individual contributor role but will get team on need basis.
Ability to debate and discuss contradictory opinions with flexibility in thinking.
A genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code.
Staying up-to-date on latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Elicitation and Documentation of Business and Data Requirements. Understands business processes, gathers and documents project requirements and translates them into functional and non-functional specifications.
Evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices
Work in an informal, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal culture where your talent is valued above all else

UG:   BCA - Computers, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Computers, Maths, Physics, Statistics, B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG:  MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers, M.Tech - Computers, MCA - Computers
