Job Description

Zycus is looking for a Java Developer with an Experience of about 2-8 years, and having strong hands working with Core Java and App server/Web server (Jboss / Tomcat).

Job Description:

Understand use cases and delivery requirements. Design, Develop, review (code/design), unit test, module test, integration test, documentation for SDLC
Maintaining, enhancing, bug fixing the code. Follow the standard documentation process laid down for the project
Follow the defined SDLC process, understand, and participates in improving the process. Work with cross functional team to achieve project delivery goal
Create competitive edge in solution by coming out with innovation implementation ideas. Suggest, evaluate, do feasibility study of development and deployment technology
Support to cross functional departments for different project/projects module/modules based on priorities to deliver quality software in timely manner. Work on new tasks or multiple tasks depending on business requirements
Ensuring all the work meets or exceeds predefined quality standards through exhaustive testing, peer reviews SQA process standards
Collaboration with different teams
Automation for delivery so that implementation of Zycus Products is optimized, standardized & automated

Requirements:

2 - 8 years' experience in Java and associated technologies - (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Web Services)
Strong Understanding of OOPS concepts
Expert in Core Java and in-depth knowledge on technology and end to end development processes.
Good Understanding of BPM frameworks - jBPM
Basic Understanding of BigData and Text Processing Frameworks - MapReduce, NoSQL, Lucene, Solr.
Proficient understanding of J2EE
Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)
Good knowledge in API design.
Proficient understanding of RDBMS Concepts
Strong understanding of Databases.
Strong Understanding of Application Servers - jBOSS (Community/Enterprise ), Weblogic
Good Understanding of ESB, ETL
Good Understanding of SOA based frameworks
Good Knowledge on Design Patterns.
Knowledge of Agile product management.
Good communication skills.
Good to have knowledge on Python
Quick learner and pursue new technologies. Research on open source frameworks/technologies and integrate them into application
