Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent English written and oral communications skills a must.
- Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise related to various enterprise environments, use cases, Adobe products and various offerings
- Analyze customers Enterprise environment and deliver high quality customized software solutions
- Provide high quality documentation on the issues and solutions
- Participate in customer escalations, review and fix critical issues and bugs or drive cross functional meetings to resolve issues with peer engineering teams
- Follow coding best practices, code reviews, and provide automated tests
- Lead and participate in production deployment activities of features and troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from the production environment
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
