Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible and self-starting engineers to be part of the of the QA/Test Automation process.The purposes of the role is to build a team of capable qa automation engineers and lead it. Ensure progressive implementation of automated test cases using existing framework. Job Duties Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Assist manual team in the creation and implementation of test plans, test cases and automated tests/scripts.

3. Work closely with the software developers to ensure the development of high quality code.
4. Work independently and overcome challenging problems
Required Skills:
1. Extensive knowledge of scripting languages, SQL, and high-level languages such as in C# & Java.
2. Experience with scripting software automation testing products, including QTP/UFT, Cucumber and Selenium.
3. Knowledge of *nix platforms for automation servers is an added advantage.
4. Have the ability to use debugger tools to investigate defects Be able to analyze source code for code coverage exercises.
5. 4-7 years of experience in a QA Automation role.
6. At least 2 years of experience leading a team ( 3-6 members).
7. Exceptional ownership, team player.
8. Excellent English communication skills; both verbal and written. Especially being able to communicate effectively with management on software issues and how that may impact service.
9. Experience in Mobile Automation Testing tools.
10. Experience with LoadRunner/JMeter load testing.
11. Extensive knowledge of web technologies and experience testing web APIs/REST services.
12. Experience testing hosted/cloud SaaS/PaaS web applications is highly desirable.
13. Experience in working with Product companies is a plus.
14. Experience with JIRA or any other Bug reporting tool.
15. Experience with Testlink or any other Test-case management tool.
16. Experience leading QA process development, execution, and documentation.
17. A strong command of manual and automated testing methodologies and general quality concepts.
18. Experience with Agile and Scrum.
Degree in Software Engineering or related field Significant knowledge and practical experience in software test methodology including automated test processes.
