Project Manager/Scrum Master

Delivery Hinjewadi, Pune, India

Description

Overall 8-10+ years of experience in developing, designing managing development teams preferably in Java / J2EE and Big Data
Deep understanding of Agile Scrum and SDLC process
Scrum certified and minimum 2-3 years of experience in project or product managing in Agile
Manage sprints in JIRA and JIRA adminstration
Excellent verbal and written communication; experience in effectively communicating with teams located across different locations and customer.
Ability to take technical decisions based on analysis and implementation phase
Strong leadership skills; ability to drive the team towards a pre-determined goal
Experience working hand-in-hand with software, test, and/or system engineers
Good to have Life sciences based project exposure
BTech/BE degree in computer science or related discipline
