Job Description

Automation Performance testing of Microsoft Dynamics D365.

Hands-on Automation Scripting using RSAT tool for Automation, Scripting for Performance testing tool - StresStimulus

Design, Develop Implement Test Scenarios for Automation Regression Performance Testing for D365 Markets

Sound Functional knowledge of Dynamics D365 Application to effectively Design, Develop Test Scenarios for Test Coverage

Analyse Publish Automation Performance Test Results, Test Summary Metrics reports to Stakeholders

Work closely with Functional Testing, Solution, Development Deployment teams for Automation Performance dependent activities Testbed, Servers, Access

Create Test Estimates, Test plan, Test Schedule based on Project plan and Testing requirements for Automation Performance deliverables

Define follow Best practices for Test Automation, Performance Testing

R D on Tools, Practices to optimize improve efficiency productivity of deliverables

Defect reporting and preparation of key metrics Efficiency/Gain Improvements

Mentor Manage Team members on Test Deliverables, Personal Development Plans

Job Requirements:

BCA/MCA/B.Tech or equivalent degree from reputed institute having 7-10 years of Testing experience on ERP solutions on Automation Performance Testing

Background in Finance Systems or ERP Web based systems would be preferred

Hands-on Automation Framework Development Selenium, Other Web based tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good People Management skills experience

Positive Attitude open to Change Challenges

Prior Automation, Performance Testing experience on Web based ERP applications

Strong knowledge of Automation testing tools using Selenium or equivalent. Prior knowledge on RSAT tool (Regression Suite Automation Tool) would be an advantage

Hands-on scripting experience in C#/ VB Script/ Java, Performance Tools

Good Technical, Analytical, Debugging Problem solving skills

Prior experience in building Test Automation Frameworks

Knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance of application.

Experience in monitoring tools like Fiddler or similar would be nice to have.

Analyse Test results publish Test Summary or Metrics reports to Management Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Integration concepts would be advantage

Sound Knowledge on Testing Concepts Process

Nice to have prior experience on Test management tools- VSTS

Manual testing experience on ERP solutions or on Microsoft Dynamics Axapta (Ax 2012, D365) will be Plus

Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills

Strong Leadership Skills to mentor and manage team members, Conflict resolutions

Strong organizational and planning skills

Must be Dynamic, innovative and proactive to think ahead of the curve to improve test optimization and performance.

Ability to develop base delivery skills, including effective participation in meetings, effective time/priority management, following direction, and acting on developmental feedback.

Strong customer service orientation.

Sense of urgency. Must be able to work under close deadlines and time constraints.
