- Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Defect Reporting though Defect Management Tool .

- Understanding the Business Requirement and able to prepare high level and low level design.

- Knowledge of Defect Management Tool (HP-ALM, QC, JIRA, )

- Ability for Leading and managing the project activities during entire project life cycle.

- Co-ordination with Developer s Team & Vendors for resolving blocking issues.

- Client interaction.

- Knowledge of Testing Concepts.

- Actively improves own individual capability through continual professional development.
