Requirements

1. Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

2. Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript)

3. Experience with OOPs and data structure

4. Ability to learn new languages and technologies

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

7. An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

Responsibilties

1. Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts

2. Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications

3. Integrate software components and third-party programs

4. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

1.Year of Experience - 0 yrs (2019 batch pass out)

2.Education Required -

B-Tech, BE with 60% aggregate marks

12th - 60% and above

10th - 60% and above

3. Training & Probation Period -6 months

4. Salary - Fixed +Variable

During probation: 8,000 to 15,000 INR per month

Post confirmation: 2.5 LPA - 5 LPA based on the performance of the candidate

Variable performance bonus: Upto 20% of the fixed salary component post 1 year

5. Bond- For a year, after confirmation

6. Branch- Btech (CSE/IT)
