Designation: iOS Developer
Location: Lower Parel
Job Summary:
This role represents a rare opportunity to join a London Headquartered fintech start-up aimed at an overseas client base. Currently, in stealth mode, the platform aims to disrupt the overseas financial services sector for emerging markets, by offering an array of products to their clients from investment solutions to multi-currency bank accounts. The role is ideal for someone who wants to become an entrepreneur in the fintech sector and is willing to take the risk for an opportunity with exceptional upside.
The founder is an IIM-A graduate with over a decade's experience of running a multi-billion euro, multi- asset global trading book in one of the world's largest investment banks based out of London, UK.
The Advisory Board consists of luminaries from the Legal profession as well as from Wealth Management.
You will work closely with the current founder in the development of the platform. The product is currently being built by an agency, and you will take ownership of the technology on joining taking it through to build the MVP, and consequently building/leading the technology team to build the full product suite over the next 2 years. You will create and develop the technical product roadmap from inception. The platform will use APIs of multiple B2B providers to establish a lean back-end that is accessible by a thoughtfully designed client (web/mobile-app). The candidate will have autonomy in choosing the technology stack and building the team.
A promising candidate:
1. A top class software developer with strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
2. Is very aggressive with delivering on timelines
3. Has a hunger to outperform the competition
4. Experience in Fintech is a plus - payments and wealthtech especially
5. B2C experience is a plus
6. Bachelors in Computer Science / Computer Engineering is a plus
7. Participation in competitive coding is a plus
