Knowledge of SDLC / STLC is must. Knowledge of Bug tracking tool like Jira / Mantis is must. Knowledge of Test case creation , Test Plan creation. Client communication is a desired one. Knowledge of Automated testing tool like QTP or Loadrunner or Selenium or JMeter will be an added advantage.
