Being a Product Manager for Exosphere at Exotel takes a bit more than the following

Responsibilities

Build and own a roadmap for managing, expanding telco connectivity and services that power Exotel's communication platform.
Work with stakeholders to expand network coverage and capabilities that bring customer delight and is operating in a cost-efficient manner.
Onboarding of vendors in coordination with the product, engineering, operation teams through audits, checklists and project manage them.
Gather feedback about specific needs from internal and external stakeholders to improve the overall health of telco connectivity.
Write detailed product specifications and work closely with engineering across every part of the product lifecycle.
Interface on a regular basis with customer-facing teams, bringing them up to date regarding releases and major changes.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
