Job Description

We are looking for Developers with 1+ yrs of experience 
Must be excellent with concept of MVC 
Experience in PHP and have worked on at least one framework. Experience on Laravel would be preferred. 
Should be good at creating efficient database schemas. 
Should have detailed knowledge & hands on experience with JQuery, Java Script & HTML5/CSS3 
Knowledge on JavaScript framework like (Angular, Vuejs, Nodejs, React Js) would be preferred 
Should have strong knowledge of data structure, algorithms and OOPS. 
Should have experience working on medium to large & complex web applications planning and development using PHP frameworks like Laravel. 
Should have excellent skills with MongoDB/MySql Queries and Performance fine tuning 
Should be proficient in understanding code versioning tools such as Git 
Should be able to solve complex performance problems and Architectural challenges
Should be able to work individually or in team collaboratively. Should have ability to identify and diagnose performance bottlenecks

Write clean, manageable code and maintain proper documentation Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency 
Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms Familiarity with continuous integration 
Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
Knowledge of bench-marking and optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 
Ability to manage and drive small teams 
Ability to work independently in small teams 
Estimate timelines and deliver as per schedule
Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
