Being a product manager at Exotel takes a bit more than the following:

Responsibilities

Build, own, evangelize and execute our next generation integrated communication product - Telephone, VoIP, Conferencing and Contact Center management software
Develop product positioning, messaging and pricing informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.
Create pitch decks and provide sales the information they require to advance product sales
Gather feedback about specific needs from internal and external stakeholders to improve our products
Write detailed product specifications and work closely with engineering across every part of the product lifecycle.
Interface on a regular basis with customer-facing teams, bringing them up to date regarding releases and major changes

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
