QUALIFICATION: - Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE:-Min 8 YRS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage or coordinate all operating expenses, such as repair and maintenance, cleaning services, security services, utilities and energy, and common areas.

Supports the choice of the Facility Management model at the country level to implement the best practice coming from the market.

Plans and implements maintenance, testing and inspection schedules to ensure the facility is operating safely and efficiently, maximize the life of the equipment, reduce risk of failure and meet statutory obligations.

Ensures appropriate maintenance, inspection, and testing activities are carried out and records kept for all fire safety equipment and systems. Keeps certificates of compliance.

Skill:

Experience Min 8 Yrs years in Facility Management.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Decision-making & the ability to lead and manage teams and projects

Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture & Commercial awareness.

The organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload

Good knowledge of IT packages.
