Job Description

Responsibilities

• Knowledge on IS / IEC standards, Able to read & u/s Technical Specification, BOQ, Prepare Data sheets, Exposure to Construction drawings, Basic AutoCAD drafting, Strong communication skill, Works with suppliers to plan cost factors for building projects; analyze construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates for projects by performing the following duties.
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings, specifications and related documents. Computes costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.
• Prepare estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. Maintains cost data base and vendor data base by entering and backing up data.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending calls; reviewing technical catalogues data sheets.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Evaluate a products cost-effectiveness or profitability.
• Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable.
• Work with teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients.
• Develop project plans for the duration of the project.
• Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required Clean utility systems
