Desired Candidate Profile
Job objective : Acquire customers in the NBFC space for Au Bank and nurture the relationship to create customer lifetime value for both AU and clients.Work Flow
- Identify customers in the NBFC/MFI/HFC space through primary and secondary sourcing.
- Discuss and understand their businesses from customers.
- Do preliminary evaluation of business from publicly available data, industry interaction and personal understating of space.
- Submit the proposal to top management for consideration and approval.
- Negotiate the term sheet with client.
- Obtain information as per credit requirement.
- Help credit with due diligence and proposal submission.
- Documentation of deal post proposal approval.
- Cross sell of AU liability products.
- Servicing of the customer and taking care of portfolio created.
Job Responsibilities
- Identification, Pitching, Negotiating and closing transactions with clients.
- Maintain relationship with client and other intermediaries.
- Coordinate the information and data flow between client and analytics/Risk/Credit team.
- Have an overall understanding of the sector and segments where business is being done.
- Identification of new trends in the market for Product development and Risk Management.
