1) Nurse In charge

Exp: - 8 to 10 years

Qualification : - Bsc Nursing / GNM

Vacancy: - 1

Location :- Shendre, Satara

Shift : - General Shift

* Manage patient care to the highest professional standards, using an evidence-based care planning approach to ensure that the physical, psychological, social, spiritual and cultural needs of patients and families are met.
* Evaluate and manage the implementation of best practice policies and procedures.
* Create a good learning environment by keeping updated with new developments in nursing and palliative care and by supporting and encouraging open discussion.

* Ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements in clinical practice and documentation. Etc

2) Nurse with experience in Ward or in ICU

Qualification: - Bsc. Nursing / GNM

Exp: - Freshers can also apply

Location :- Shendre, Satara

Shift :- All Shifts, Rotational Duties

* Apply scientific principles in giving patient care.

* Utilize available resources in giving patient care.

* Maintain appropriate patient care records.

* Maintain a high standard of nursing care and practice.

* Assist with ward teaching where necessary.

Required Candidate profile

* Multitasking Skills

* Listening & Verbal Communication.

* Ability to work in stressful environment

* Should know protocols of medical field.
