Hiring for MNC !!

L2 profile !!Network Support Engineer !!Roles and Responsibilities !!

Main task is to troubleshoot and resolve email security related issues of the customer.
Troubleshooting of email queues and worklogs.
Maintain constant communication for both internal and external stakeholders for high impact issues.
Strong understanding of cloud business email flow .

Technical Knowledge and Experience needed !! Experience of min 3 yrs is required !! Only Grads can apply !! Certification: CCNA/CCNP/CCNI is must.24*7 rotational Shift, cabs & night shift allowance will be provided for Night shift.
Saturday and Sunday fixed off !! Loc-GGN !! Experience of Cisco ESA/WSA (Ironport) is preferred
Experience of Palo Alto Firewall configuration

IP Addresses, Masks, Default Gateway, DNS, Subnetting, Knowledge of common assigned ports.
Sal upto 10 Lac !! Linux/Unix administration !!
