Drive product strategy and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area.
- Create and maintain product plan for the software development category which should include details like course catalog coverage, target audience, competition analysis, revenue estimates, build vs. partner, and go-to-market strategy
- Develop the core vision, positioning and messaging for the courses and the category
- Be the single point of contact for your category.
- Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, design and other teams to ship major features and product improvements
- Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
-- Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team on the new product
- Drive the revenue goals and NPS outcomes for the category
- Work with sales and customer success to help close deals as needed and take the learnings into the product roadmap.
-- Work closely with management, business, engineering, and operations teams during the process of course creation.
- Partner with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions
- Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with our data team to understand customer behavior and identify problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training.
