(1) Configuring Kronos Workforce Central including models of Forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, accruals, and WFC reporting for a large, complex retail organization.
(2) Master in WIM and SQL development, API, ER (Entity Relationship) Utilizing Data Flow Diagrams, Diagrams, including Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams, to model HR and Workforce Management solutions.
(3) Designing HR business processes such for timekeeping and scheduling on the Kronos cloud application.
(4) Building, deploying, enhancing Work Force Management cloud applications with Kronos.
(5) Implementing Agile software design methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts
(6) Creating Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents, As-is and To-be functional processes descriptions, and requirements traceability matrices for HR and Work Force Management solutions.
