Desired Candidate Profile

Role : Manager - Cloud Ops

Function : Engineering

Experience : 10-14 Yrs

What will you be doing?

- Work across Product and Engineering teams to ensure Tally Cloud meets service reliability, uptime SLA, and cost optimization goals.

- Manage a team of Engineers and establish best-practices and SOP on operations activities - incident management, deployment, monitoring, automation, backups and D/R.

- Drive architectural/technical service improvements - Deliver service availability at or greater than 99.9% uptime in the cloud at specified concurrency and performance levels

- Rotating on-call support of production infrastructure and applications

- Create, manage and report against KPIs for the platform's operation, overseeing all platform change management and deployment activities

- Overseeing deploying, maintaining, and supporting cloud solutions across private and public infrastructure

- Manage a team tasked with implementation and operations of a cloud data center infrastructure, data center administration, servers, storage, networks,

- and operations that support the applications and business processes as required

- Deploy and utilize automation tools to minimize human operational requirements

- Implement and maintain full operational compliance against various security and compliance requirements

- Engage with AWS/AZ periodically to integrate new services

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG: M.Tech - Computers

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
