Desired Candidate Profile
Mission/Purpose of the Position:Lead Cloud Architect - Azure is a lead role that is responsible owning and delivering the technical projects of the client. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service and project execution skills, to complete all the projects on time with a high customer satisfaction index.
Results to be achieved:
To deliver projects within timelines. To increase internal competencies to deliver all- IAAS, SAAS, PAAS offering of Azure.
Responsibilities:
Architect and design complex cloud services on Azure.
Execute projects on Azure including hybrid implementation, migration and DR.
Act as an escalation point for any project.
Execute Azure automation projects independently.
Define and drive adoption to assigned customers.
Compile customer documentation.
Present solutions to customers.
Prepare and conduct customer and partner workshops.
Enablement Execution: Lead and or contribute to the delivery of workshops, Bootcamps, trainings necessary to build the technical skills and expertise of partners.
Technical Engagement: Lead the execution of deep technical engagements including; Technical Briefings,Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, Hackathons to define and bring new solutions to market.
Evangelist: Evangelizes the practice and solutions in customers
implementations via Technical briefings, Architecture Review Sessions.
Pre-Sales: Enable the technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial wins.
Processes:
The technical specialist role is responsible to maintain high process discipline in the following key-areas:
Prepare well defined scope of work documents with architecture.
Prepare HLD and LLD.
Compile customer documentation.
Prepare detailed WBS.
Present solution document and management presentation to customers.
100% customer feedback on all Solution engagements.
Technical competency, certification ,Process & system adherence
100% adoption of Helpdesk and Project Management.
Financial Metrics:
TS will have to increase azure consumption of assigned customer on quarterly and yearly basis.
Optimize the project execution cost by delivering the project within time.
Activity Metrics:
Regular rhythm with Microsoft TSP and ATS community.
Organize and participate the regular review with customer, PM team and other stake holders.
Keep updated on the changes in technology.
Conduct Tech days for assigned customers on monthly basis.
Results Metrics:
Meeting Project Deadlines
Certifications Achieved.
Increase in consumption.
