Desired Candidate Profile
Job Description:The Lead Cloud Engineer will be responsible for leading teams, Architect, Design, Development, Deployment and maintenance of our cloud-based AI/ML product. The cloud architect would also be responsible for understanding the security features and tools that. In this position, the individual will need to have people management and deep technical skills with the ability to solve complex problems under minimal supervision.
Specific Responsibilities
Certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect
Lead, Architectural design, management and enhance of our cloud-based AI/ML product built using Speech Recognition, NLP, Big data, Machine learning, APIs, AWS cloud environment, data storage, angular front-end framework, relational database, authentication/authorization, serverless technology, Dev/Ops and others.
Budgeting and cost center management of our production, development, and test environments
AWS account management
Management of the code deployment systems
Qualifications:
9+ years of experience with BE/B Tech degree - preferably in Computer Engineering or a related field or equivalent
2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud architecture on AWS
At least 2 to 4 years of experience managing, leading teams.
Abilities to evaluate cloud application requirements and make architectural recommendations for implementation, deployment, and provisioning applications on AWS
Capabilities to provide best practices guidance on the architectural design across multiple applications, projects, or the enterprise
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong knowledge of .NET web framework with proficiency inC# and/or VB.NET, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
2+ years of experience with Angular, Javascript, CSS, HTML, JSON
2+ years of experience with relational databases, cloud storage, business intelligence tools.
Scripting skills in Python is required, but experience in any other functionally similar language is welcome.
Knowledge and familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to deliver high quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product environment
Experience working both independently and, in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Strong written and oral communication skills with experience delivering / presenting to management team as well as senior leadership
Ability to understand and explain complex information simply and accurately
Experience with Agile/Scrum lifecycle management/development and tools
Familiar with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker and experience implementing continuous integration (CI) / continuous deployment (CD) efforts
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization
