Urgent Requirement for Senior Software Engineer

LOCATION :Bangalore

In depth skill towards development of Control Plane Software with an exposure to various Packet Transport & Layer-2 / Layer-3 Protocols and Technologies.

Skills

Mandatory experience :

a. VLAN, QOS, MSTP, RSTP, ERP, LLF, Ether OAM, LAG, 1588v2, Sync-E, OSPF, .3ah

b. Open source packages like openSSH and net-snmp

c. Writing Requirements & Design documents and have worked with Layer 2 switch and working experience with SDK.

Excellent skills in LINUX, C, Data Structures, Multi-threading, Inter-Process Communications, Memory Management and Debugging, Software architecture design.

Knowledge of tools : gdb, Cunit, Coverity, Electric Fence, Gcov, Gprof, Spirent


Knowledge on configuration Management system : Mercurial (Preferred), Clearcase, CVS, SVN.

Experience in strict SDLC model of working and create high quality software requirement specification, Basic Design, Detailed design, Unit test Plan, Integration test plan and Code

Must be familiar with international standards like IEEE, ITU-T, ETSI, ANSI, MEF, etc.

C, RTOS

Excellent Communication skills in English

Self-driven and results-oriented.
