Job Description

Greetings for the day!
We are hiring for PROJECT MANAGER
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible & accountable for meeting manufacturing, project timelines & deliverables as per the project completion schedule.
- Responsible & accountable for complete on-site project & contract management as per the agreed terms and special conditions of the contract and ensuring timely monthly billing and collections.
- Responsible and accountable for driving execution activities at site in accordance with the approved Plan and deploying products & manpower accordingly on all active fronts as per site condition.
- Responsible for tracking the Status of the deliverables with a close coordination with HO planning/ Execution team and conducting weekly periodic reviews on material tracker.
- Organizing, motivating Mentoring, supervising & guiding all team members vis a-vis engineers & supervisors, workers in line with the targeted completion of project as per the completion scheduling, closing all Project bottlenecks proactively raising alarm well in advance to HO planning / Execution team for all timely deliverables in terms of material and required resources.
- Focus on thorough documentation and maintain Site records in terms of Products, deployed manpower, safety methodologies, front clearances, billing formats etc.
- To ensure that all safety, quality labour compliances are strictly adhered at Site.
- Client management, meeting customers as and when required in project and complete interest.
- Should be technically sound and be able to study the plan & project and should handle & solve the problem of the clients.
- At the Site he should be able to give remedies and solve the problems spontaneously.
- Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects.
NOTE Estimation, Planning & Execution, Production, Quality control & Billings, Good Communication skills, System knowledge, Interpersonal skills, Team handling, independently supervising, Preparing proposals, Agreements and Presentations,

- SELF-DRIVEN & ORGANIZED AND FOCUSED.
- SHOULD POSSESS GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS - ENGLISH AND SHOULD BE AGGRESSIVE, GOOD IN EMAIL
- SHOULD BE PROACTIVE AND RESULT ORIENTED
- SHOULD HAVE INFLUENCING AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
- SHOULD BE A GOOD TEAM PLAYER
- KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MANUFACTURING, PRODUCTION & ON-SITE PROCESS
- GOOD PERSONILITY
POSITION 1
SALARY: RS.55000 TO 60000 PER MONTH INCLUSIVE ALL.
EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND PUF PANEL, BUNK HOUSE, PORTA CABIN,Portable Cabins, Container Lashing, Fabrication, Bunk House, Modular containers, Industrial container etc.
AGE: 45 YEARS+
QUALIFICATION B TECH MECHANICAL ENGINEER
