Position - Sr. Engineer - Marketing
Location - Mumbai (Kandivali)
Work Experience - 3 to 5 years
Notice Period - Immediate candidates preferred

Education : BTech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electronics, Electrical) + MBA Marketing
Reporting to : BU Head
Key Skills: Marketing Experience
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate product promotion and marketing strategies in consultation with sales teams and sales heads for domestic and exports.
- Support new product marketing initiatives preparing marketing plan including market segmentation and positioning by liasioning with the principals.
- Provide marketing support and get regular feedback on competitive activities, orders lost and brand image. Prepare flowchart of new product in collaboration with their department.
- Regularly do a competitive mapping of major competition web-sites and submit an
analysis on the findings with suggestions to team members on how company can counter the same. Prepare solutions on analysis of findings.
- To liaison with corporate marketing on various initiatives as well as exhibition related
activities and working on a theme / product launch.
- Coordination, with Corporate marketing team and handling the shows single handedly
like Pmec and PocketX end to end.
- Engage Principals and draw marketing plan to be implemented along the year.
- Understand different technologies/application/competitive landscape.
- Regular interaction with sales team members (& occasionally with customers) to identify customer needs, delight and area of improvement in order to be able to device creative product promotion campaigns.
- In depth competitive analysis product wise and geographically to be able to suggest
effective counter campaigns.
- Interaction with the corporate marketing design and communications team be able to
effectively communicate the market needs so that an effective campaign can be drawn out.
- Keep track of new product ideas and their progress through the development cycle to
ensure that launch timelines are met.
- Closely interact with Principals to evolve opportunities to grow in strategic Markets
