Job Description

What is captain job responsibilities Captains oversee transportation of passengers or cargo on boats and ships. They are responsible for following proper safety procedures and keeping track of all goods and people on their vessels. They must know how to run and fix every mechanical and electrical device onboard. Banquet captains are responsible for supervising the staff, operations, and guests of banquet experiences at restaurants, hotels, or private functions. Their duties include planning dining events, managing the food and beverage service, and tending to guests' requests and complaints.
