  We have urgent requirements for Channel Territory Manager - Life Insurance      Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai / Thane / Pune / Nashik / Aurangabad / Kolhapur /Ahmedabad    CTC: Upto 7.5 Lac + Reimbursement + Incentives  

Qualification-Graduate must

Age-Up to 45

Experience- Candidate should have experience as Agency Channel of minimum 2 years (Life Insurance)

Note- Please follow below eligibility criteria for this profile.

• Candidate from life Insurance -AGENCY CHANNEL ONLY 
• Minimum 2 years in last company.
• Minimum 1 Promotions in last two years.
• Check stability from all his previous companies.
• Local candidate with minimum stay of 5 years plus.
• He should at leadership role for minimum 2 years.

Job Purpose

Recruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors (CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors
(PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals, thereby generating business for the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, engage and launch CBMs

Ensure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs

Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets

Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency
