Qualification- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Preference would be accorded to BFM, BBI, BAF, BMS
NISM Capital Market/Insurance/MF modules (Desirable)
Key Requirements:
Proficient in MS office
Fluent in both verbal and written communications.
Basic understanding of capital markets business
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Single point of contact for HNI relationships virtually
2. Assist customers to transact digitally
3. Outbound/Inbound calls to reach to the mapped customer base on daily basis.
4. Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
5. Cross sell/Upsell to increase product penetration
6. Customer on boarding and activation
7. Proactive retention of customers
8. Interact with clients on research calls, advisory to keep Clients active & increase revenue
9. Converting and generating revenue from dormant customers.
10. Resolving Customer Query.
