Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for development of the production process for the product as per the Customer Requirements.
• To clearly understand the customer requirement with regards to the product
• Responsible for preparation of B.O.M process flow diagram and stage drawings with respect to customer issued product drawing.
• Responsible for designing necessary fixtures, attribute gauges required for quality control.
• Responsible for quote as per customer enquiry.
• To Coordinate with the production planning and control department for preparation of samples.
• To update the knowledge on Auto CAD and process design to meet the varying needs of the customer.
• To visit Clients based on Grade.
• To ensure Customer Satisfaction and take Customer Satisfaction Survey.
• To understand Customer requirements and develop New Product and Samples
