We are looking for Team Leader Operations- (International )

Position: Team Leader Operations- (International )

Salary Package: 4-7 LPA + Other benefits

Joining Date : Immediate joiner

Job Location: Jaipur, Mumbai, Kolkata ,Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Delhi

!!Desired Candidate Profile!

Looking for Team Leader- International BPO background
BPO / Call Center/ experience process background preferred
Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience as a Team Lead handling a team size of 12-20 associates for an International campaign
Should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Candidate should have good people handling skills.
Candidate should have good analytical skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point
Team Handling experience-on Paper

Hiring Process:

The hiring process is quite simple : There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Ops Round.
Both the interviews are carried on over the phone and once the candidate is shortlisted, offer letter is released for the same on mail.
