Job Description

•  Analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency.
•  Writing, editing, and testing CNC programs using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
• Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts and components to specifications.
• Conceptualizing the design: The CNC Engineer then develops a concept of the tool or fixture, considering factors such as ergonomics, accessibility, and ease of use.
• Designing and implementing new production processes and procedures to reduce waste and improve production flow.
• Designing and implementing process control and monitoring systems to ensure consistent production results.
• Establishing and maintaining production standards and work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality, and procurement, to ensure that production processes are aligned with organizational goals.
