Making PowerPoint presentation for clients based on their requirements.
Assist and coordinate with sales and logistics team.
Preparing proforma Invoices of assigned project.
Maintaining and keeping record of assigned project related documents.
Communication with overseas vendors
Good Excel skills required
Handle assigned client(s) in terms of being updated on their requirements, status of project etc.
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work within stiff timelines
Basic command on drafting plans.
