Reliance Jio is looking for Jio Center Managers ( Branch Business Manager )

Position : JCM

Location : Mahabungar area

Team Size to Handle : 8-10 Direct Reportees (Total Manpower of 120+ in the Branch). This is a Cross Functional team from Sales & Distribution, Service, CSD, Technology, SCM

Business to Handle : P&L responsibility for the Branch - With focus on Sales for all 3 major business units (Mobility, FTTH Broadband, Enterprise)

Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager

CTC : Best in Industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to Drive the Team to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets for all 3 Business Units (Mobility, Enterprise, FTTH)

2. Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Centre

3. Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre

4. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls

5. Obtain permissions required for project execution

6. Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity

7. Provide action plan for customer retention and feedback

8. Manage, coach and motivate team members

9.Customer engagement and experience demonstration

Job Requirement :

1. Education : Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
2. Experience : 10 14 years (Must have at least 3 years in Channel Sales & Distribution)
3. Age : Below 37
4. Team : Must have handled a Onroll Team Size of 3+ at least (Preferably someone who has handled cross functional team)
5. Preferred Industry : Telecom, FMCG, FinTech, FMCD, Paints, Tyres
6. Location : Must have worked in Andhra / Telangana
7. Language : Mus Speak Telugu
