Job Description
Designation Marketing Executive
Qualification Graduate from any field
Gender (Male / Female / Trans) Male
Work Timings 9:15 to 6:30
Working Days 6 Days 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Work Location Nallasopara East
Salary (Min && Max) 20,000 to 30,000

Experience 2 to 4 Years in Filed Marketing profile only
Duties and Responsibility:
1 P& L Responsibility and ensuring top line and bottom-line growth in assigned territory.
2 Strategy formulation and execution. Working with Management for the same.
3 International Trade Channel Development and management for IB.
4 Team Building and SOP formation.
5 Business related work: Market Entry, ATL & BTL, Distributor Management, Various Channel Development.
6 Product: Innovation, Finding niche, Adaption, Compliance.
7 Trade fair participation, market visits, country strategy development.
8 Business development in New Markets, Generating revenue and sales
10 To search and develop international marketplace across the defined territories.
12 Assigning new Dealers in specific market.
13 Strategic planning and execution for quarterly sales targets.
14 Tracking and Upgrading marketing tools for the organization.
15 Competitor analysis and tracking activity for fast paced sales strategy.
16 Maintain and follow up on action plans to achieve Sales targets for team, individual. and the organization.
17 Generating new inquiries & follow up with existing inquiries, regular follow up with existing clients/dealers and doing business expansion and reachability by setting up dealer/partner network.
18 Responsible for-Brand promotion brand building and client acquisition.
19 Responsible for developing marketing materials like, catalogues, Stall designing for international exhibitions and trade fairs Leaflet for brand promotion.
20 Regular market visits and to meeting the existing and new prospects.
