Job Description
Work Location:(Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Vellore, Trichy, Namakkal, Salem, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Kanyakumari, Dindugul, Erode, Thanjavur, Tenkasi, Thoothukudi ,Thiruvannamalai , Virudhunagar , Viluppuram, Tirunelveli, Kanchipuram)
Business Development Associates representing the company must accomplish the promotions, advertisements, marketing of the products, coordinating with the respective departments for the betterment works, etc.
DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS
- Create and build awareness of the organization or clients brand to boost the success of marketing campaigns and sales.
- Ensuring the marketing materials are used efficiently.
- Completing the marketing analysis in determining how a market campaign is performing,with regular updates.
- Performing market research on the target audiences in determining the best ways to reach the customer or the client.
- Coordinate with the in-house departments to progress in a prolific way of functioning.
- Develop marketing plans in a unique way pertaining to the products and the services.
- Working with the event planners to increase the visibility at conferences, receptions,concerts, various locations, and exhibitions also includes the developmental process of the product.
- Identifying advertising possibilities and placing the ads on the right platforms.
- Managing the development of marketing materials for ex: leaflets, flyers, posters, newsletters, magazines, and many others.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience proofs to demonstrate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good research abilities in order to do pre-branding.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Interpersonal skills needed include listening skills, resolution skills, convincing skills,etc.
- Handling the customer in identifying brand awareness.
