Job Description
Job profile - Sales Co-ordinator (SDM)
Job location - Sion
Qualification - Graduate degree in commerce, science, arts or equivalent or Diploma in Engineering with work experience.
Salary - 25k to 30k (Salary its totally depending upon interview and experience base)
Experience - 2 to 4 years
Job Responsibility
Channel Engagement
o Have a regular phone beat with dealers to resolve daily operational issues
o Outbound call to dealer as per auto-tickets generated for full kit reserved billing, outstanding due intimation and order delay intimation
o Inbound call from dealers to answer queries on material delay, lead time intimations, crashing lead time for critical orders, etc
o Responsible for payment collection from dealers and ensuring no due payment in channel finance.
o Responsible for handling various financial locks of dealers and make dealer lock free
o Responsible for noting and managing service complaints of the dealer and ensuring the complaints are resolved within given SLAs
o Responsible for giving current material availability and market operating pricing to the dealer
Sales Team Engagement
o Regular co-ordination with supply chain to ensure proper and timely feedback to Channel partners on material availability, supply situations, bottlenecks etc.
o Co-ordination and follow up with Marketing, Design team members to pass on all required information for necessary for business through channel
o Co-ordination with design / technology team to provide on time documentation support in case required by the sales team like TDS, IES files, LM reports, etc
o Co-ordination and follow up with Service team to keep the blacks and reds of service complaints to as low as possible
