Position - Architect

Experience - Minimum 2 years

Salary - 9-10 LPA

Location - Muscat(Oman)

Qualification- Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution (This is compulsory)

Job Summary:

1. Will be responsible for preparation of Architectural Working drawings includes BOQ's and other details for building projects.

2.Will be required to maintain/release of project files , schedules and specifications.

3. Familiarity with building codes and specifications.

4. Familiarity with architectural visualization would be a plus.

Secondary Criteria-

1.Male candidate
2. Must be creative, proactive, adaptable, go-getter and posses excellent decision making and problem solving abilities

3. Proficiency in written (letters and emails) and verbal communication skills in English language as job profile involves introduction with various stakeholders includi client , consultant, contractors , government and statutory authority.

4. Computer literate and familiar with software related to MS, CAD, Revit (preferred),sketchUp, lumion, Photoshop, 3DMax, VRay

5. Location in Muscat sultanate of oman

Note-

1.CTC package would be Rs. 9-10 lakhs per annum. CTC package is negotiable and would not be limiting factor for a deserving candidate.

2 .In Addition the candidate will be entitled to once 30 days paid leave per annum and one return ticket per annum.

3. The selected candidate will be required to sign a minimum 2 year contract compulsory.
