 Hr Executive

Job Description

: As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your duties will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating applicant qualifications, and making hiring recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. You may also be involved in onboarding activities and assisting with other HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
Conduct interviews (in-person or via video) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions.
Assist in negotiating offers and managing the hiring process until successful onboarding.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
Support other HR functions, such as employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
